Shipping & Delivery
We endeavor to dispatch orders which are in stock within 3 business days of receiving confirmation of payment.
The Hair Society Subiaco has no control over, and makes no warranty in relation, to the performance of companies which we may use to deliver our goods.
Due to a high volume of orders during sale periods there may be delays in dispatching orders.
Shipping charge is a flat rate of $9.95 per consignment.
Please allow between 3-5 business days for delivery from date of dispatch to Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania, New South Wales and Southern Queensland, and between 4-6 business days for delivery to Northern Queensland, Western Australia and Northern Territory.
Time frames are approx. only, once dispatched we hold no responsibility for any delays caused by the companies, we may use to deliver the items.
We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
REFUNDS, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS CANNOT BE OFFERED FOR CHANGE OF MIND.
A credit/refund will only be given if a product is deemed to be faulty and the correct proof of purchase is supplied. This excludes electrical appliances, hair extensions and discounted or deleted items. In some cases, products may be sent back to the supplier for evaluation, and they will deem if the product is faulty. Final decision on if a product is to be replaced will be at their discretion.
We will only accept exchanges on products that have been purchased at The Hair Society Subiaco within 30 days. The product must be accompanied by the relevant proof of purchase. There is to be no exchange on electrical appliances, hair extensions, discounted or deleted items.
Please choose your electrical items carefully as there is no exchange. If the item is faulty, then it will be repaired under a valid warranty which must be accompanied with a proof of purchase receipt.
If a product is faulty (i.e. not doing what it is supposed to do or is significantly different from its description), then you may be eligible for a credit or exchange.

Incorrect Goods Supplied
We make every effort to supply you with the products you have ordered; however, if you receive incorrect goods then you are required to call us on (08)61613190 for customer service within 48 hours of receiving those goods.
